Welcome to Mango Verte Escape. By booking a stay at our property and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

·  A valid payment method is required to confirm a reservation.

·  All booking requests will be reviewed before confirmation.

·  Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified in the booking confirmation.

·  All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

·  Cleaning fee of $250 US  Per stay, Non-Refundable.

·  Direct bookings through our website guarantee the best available rates.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

·  Cancellations made 21 days before check-in will receive a full refund

·  Cancellations between 7-20 days before check-in will receive a partial refund (50%).

·  No-shows or cancellations after the specified period will forfeit the deposit or full payment.

·  Cancellation within 48 hours of booking within 14 days of check-in is fully refundable.

·  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 days of cancellation.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

·  Check-in time: After 3:00 pm. Check-out time: Before 1:00 pm.

·  Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

·  A valid ID and booking confirmation are required at check-in.

4. Property Rules

·  Guests must follow all Property House Rules.

·  Mango Verte Escape is a non-smoking property.

·  Only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless prior approval is granted.

·  Events are allowed by registered guests

·  Commercial photography and filming are allowed

·  Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and reporting any damages immediately.

·  Noise levels must be kept to a respectful level, especially during quiet hours 11 pm -12 midnight.

·  Number of guests in main house 12. 

·  NO Pets allowed. 

·  Lower-level apartment available for increase accommodates 2-4 persons at ADDITIONAL cost. 

5. Liability, Safety, & Security Deposit

·  A security deposit may be required at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, subject to any deductions for damages.

·  Mango Verte Escape is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

·  There is an unsecured swimming pool. No diving in permitted.

·  Guests assume all responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their party while on the property.

·  There are exterior cameras on the property for added security.

6. Force Majeure

·  We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

·  Guest information is handled securely and used only for booking and communication purposes.

·  We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Communication & Messaging (Phone, SMS, Email)

·  By providing your phone number or contact information, you consent to receive communications from Mango Verte Escape related to your booking, inquiries, and stay.

·  These communications may include phone calls, text messages (SMS), or messaging apps for purposes such as confirmations, reminders, customer support, and important updates.

·  You may be contacted via our official numbers: Toll-Free 1-866-998-2228, USA 1-754-284-4908, and St. Lucia 1-758-484-1666.

·  Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

·  You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting us directly.

·  We will not use your phone number for unsolicited marketing or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

·  Communication records may be retained for quality assurance, service improvement, and legal compliance.

9. Website Usage Terms

·  By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

·  The content on our website is for informational purposes only and may be updated without notice.

·  Unauthorized use of our website, including attempts to hack, scrape, or distribute malicious software, is strictly prohibited.

·  We are not responsible for any technical issues, temporary downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
